When it comes to Mental Health, many people are not knowledgeable or confident to offer assistance. Physical first aid training is common and accepted, however most courses do not cover mental health problems. Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches people the skills to help someone they’re concerned about.
Since its inception in Australia in 2000, Mental Health First Aid has evolved into a global movement that shows no signs of stopping. In Spring 2021, Mental Health First Aid Israel will launch the first training courses in Israel.
